On the eve of the new academic year, a group of Riga poets from the literary and poetic association “KORNI”, who have been vaccinated, visited the Vladimir Vysotsky Museum, located in our Baltic International Academy. The founder and director of this museum Olga Noginova introduced the guests to the museum’s exposition and told about her meetings with Vladimir Vysotsky and Marina Vlady.
Poets Ivan Kuntsevich, Iraida Kelmelene, Tamara Ermolova, Nona Rakhmanova cordially thanked Olga Noginova for a meaningful and touching story about the life and work of V. Vysotsky and also read the poems dedicated to the famous poet, bard and artist who performed in our building in the 70s at the academy, which is reminiscent of the memorial plaque at the entrance to the BIA.
At this meeting, it was decided to create a section of poetic dedications “With love for Vysotsky” in the museum.
