02.05 at 13.10 (in room 222) A “lecture on Turkish cuisine” and 03.05 at 13.10 (in room 222) a “lecture on Local Gastronomic Tourism in Anatolia” will be held by Turkish lecturer Gökhan Yılmaz and his colleague Ause Yilmaz. At this lecture you will get a lot of new information that can be useful when travelling or simply become part of your diet.
02.05 from 16.30 There will also be a fascinating master class on cooking Turkish cuisine in the kitchen of the Academy.
