Cooperation with estonian higher education institution becomes stronger

Over the past year, mutually beneficial creative ties between our Baltic International Academy and the Tallinn University of Applied Sciences have significantly strengthened. In July, students from this higher education institution took an active part in the summer school “Digital Business and Finance”, which was held at our BIA. In November, a fourth-year student of the programme “Financial Management” of our academy, Vladimir Glavinsky, successfully represented BIA at Estonian university under a student mobility programme with the topic “Mathematical Solution of Sustainable Development Issues”.

In December, Zanna Cernostana, the director of BIA Bachelor study programme “Financial Management”, visited the Institute of Service Economy, which is a part of Tallinn University of Applied Sciences, under the ERASMUS+ international exchange programme.

As she noted after the trip, the face-to-face acquaintance with this Estonian university and its teaching staff was interesting and useful. After all, this is the only higher education institution in Estonia that prepares professional accountants at the bachelor’s level. Of course, the guest and the director of the programme “Accounting” of the Institute of Service Economy Liina Maasik, her colleagues had a lot to share with each other during business conversations.

The heads of this higher education institution invited BIA students to take part in the student mobility programme “Digital Marketing and Budgeting”, which will take place in April at the Institute of Service Economy.
