On July 22, as part of “From Heart to Soul”, we visited the “Saules osta” nursing home in Ķemeri.
10 people. 60 paintings. Each one found its person. Seniors chose with their hearts - sea, forest, flowers. And when the art went up, the space changed. Warmth. Smiles. Light.
There was music, dancing, painting together. And words that stayed with us: "Come back. We truly need you."
Thank you to 25+ artists who shared their work. Since 2020: over 1000 artists, more than 7000 paintings gifted.
