Cultural connections – how to build intercultural relationships
Objectives of the BIP:
The BIP is hosted by Radom Academy of Economics and it’s targeted for students from Bachelor and Master degree. Participants will better know how to define culture and explain its influence on personal and professional relationships, understand the role of verbal and non-verbal communication across cultures, overcome language barriers and cultural misunderstandings.

Virtual components: 2-3 weeks before mobility and 2-3 weeks after mobility Physical component: 12-16 May 2025 or 19-23 May 2025

Who should attend?
This BIP is intended for students of psychology, pedagogy, criminology, business administration, management but also for internal security fields.
Students should have English level of proficiency corresponding to at least B1 level.
Minimum BIP requirements:
Group of min. 10 students from 2 sending institutions
Application process:
- candidates have to apply for the Erasmus+ KA131 BIP grant for short-term mobility at home institution
- the home institution will select the candidates based on their internal call for the BIP
- the home institution will send list of nominated students to Erasmus+ Coordinator of receiving institution to email:
