On May 28, students of the Baltic International Academy (BSA) met with alumni of the Master’s program who have become successful professionals in fields ranging from business and finance to tourism and the creative industries.
The event took place in a warm and informal setting — over a cup of coffee, fostering open and honest conversation. The alumni shared their personal journeys: how they began their careers, overcame challenges, and how their education at BSA contributed to their growth. Each story offered real-life insights into ambition, resilience, and success.
For the students, this meeting became a source of motivation and inspiration. It was a unique chance to ask questions to those who were once in their place, to see tangible career paths beyond graduation, and to build meaningful connections with potential mentors and peers.
Among the guests were:
- Oļegs Černodons — Marketing Data Analytics Lead, Multitude Bank
- Jeļena Serebrjakova — CEO of Nikos Travel, owner of Riga Premium Apartments and Photographer Rudolf’s Studio
- Makhsudjon Kayumov — Founder of Moonwalk Recruitment Solutions LTD
- Aleksandra Dragunova — Founder of HaloSphere
- Mukhammad Irmatov — Co-founder of Busy Buddy Toys
We sincerely thank our alumni for their openness, energy, and willingness to share. We are proud that they remain part of the BSA community and continue to inspire the next generation of students.
Such meetings are sure to become a valued tradition at BSA.
