A delegation of scientists from the Kyiv Agrarian University of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, with which the BIA has a cooperation agreement, paid a working visit to our Baltic International Academy. This higher education institution was represented by its Rector, Professor Olexander Nykytyuk, first Vice-Rector, Professor Olesia Lynovytska, Head of the Department, Doctor of Medical Sciences Andrii Dinets.
The visit began with extensive negotiations, in which the Chairman of the BIA Senate Stanislav Buka, Vice-Rector for International Relations Inta Buka, Vice-Rector for Science Vladislav Volkov and Acting Rector of the BIA Svetlana Smane took part. During negotiations, a programme was outlined to deepen cooperation and expand the exchange of lecturers and students between higher education institutions.
The guests got acquainted with the study database, educational centres of the BIA, the collections of the Central Scientific Library, the student gallery BiArt and took part in the XII Research-to-Practice Conference which was held at our academy.
