Summer intake of BIA students is underway

According to a long-standing tradition, the acceptance of documents at our Baltic International Academy from international applicants begins much earlier than for graduates of Latvian schools, and they actively use this right. By July 1, almost one hundred and fifty applicants from Nigeria, Egypt, India, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, Cameroon, Pakistan and other countries submitted applications for admission to our academy.

And on July 7, a new important stage in the work of the BIA Admission Committee began. It started accepting documents for the 2025/2026 academic year from graduates of Latvian schools who completed their studies this summer.

Marina Lihushina, head of the Admission Committee of our Baltic International Academy, talks about the conditions and features of the summer intake:

– Applicants from our country have a good opportunity to submit documents in person and receive comprehensive consultations about the programmes offered by our academy. They have a wide choice. The BIA offers five accredited Bachelor study programmes – “Entrepreneurship Management”, “European Economics and Business”, “Finance”, “Digital Visualization Design”, “Tourism and Hospitality Management” and three Master study programmes – “Business Management and Administration”, “International Finance and Economics”, “Enterprise Management in the Leisure and Entertainment Industry”, which is also accredited by the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).

Classes are held in groups in Latvian and English. Documents can also be submitted online.

The tuition fee at the BIA has remained at the same level as in the previous academic year and varies depending on the programme and payment terms. The applicant who pays the full amount for a year or semester receives a discount.

More detailed information on admission requirements is available on the website of the academy bsa.edu.lv in the section “Admission”. Documents for admission can also be sent to the Admission Committee in scanned form to email address: uk@bsa.edu.lv, or by selecting “E-application” in the menu of the homepage.
