The fifth academic year of the “Silver University” has begun in a friendly atmosphere at our Baltic International Academy. The “Silver University” has gained popularity among people who want to improve their level of education. It is a charitable project of the BIA, as the classes for Riga residents of silver age are offered free of charge.
