“Autumn greetings” from poets and musicians

According to the tradition, events dedicated to the Days of Poetry are held in the Baltic International Academy in September. This year, the musical and poetry evening “I Listen to the Rain” was organized by a member of the International Writers Association, poet Alena Mitina, whose creative album contains many original songs.

The poet Iraida Kelmelene, singer Lilia Martynova and bards Viktor Denshchikov, Vladimir Novikov, Sergey Strashnenko took part in the creative concert, and have performed exciting songs dedicated to autumn in Russian, Latvian, and French. The mode of the concert was set by the song of Raimonds Pauls and Janis Peters “Yellow leaves are spinning over the city”.

While welcoming the guests, Prof. Oksana Filina thanked them for a good and creative gift to our academy, which has its 30th anniversary this year.
