You must collect and submit the following documents to your Home University’s International Department. Digital copies must be emailed to us if your nomination is accepted:
- Copy of your passport;
- Copy of the official Certificate of Residence;
- Your digital photo (will be necessary for your Student card);
- Copy of the document, confirming the surname/name change (if applicable);
- Application for the exchange programme. It must be approved and signed by the director of your study programme or the Head of the International Department.
Please make sure you have completed all sections of the application. We may not consider incompleted applications.
- Academic Transcript for the previous term (average grade must be at least 7 out of 10);
- Reference from our Home University about your current status;
- Foreign language certificate at least at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level, or official proof of sufficient language proficiency, including your English language grade from the previous study term from your Home University.
- Motivation letter describing your purpose for the Exchange Programme (in English).
- Any other relevant documents.
Translate all non-English documents into English and have them officially stamped by a translator.
We may contact you or your Home University's International Department to request additional documents or information. Stay in touch with your International Department and check your email regularly.
