You must collect and submit for the International Department of your Home University the following set of documents, which digital copies can be forwarded to us via email in case of your nomination acceptance:
- Copy of your passport;
- Copy of the official Certificate of Residence;
- Your digital photo (will be necessary for your Student card);
- Copy of the document, confirming the surname/name change (if applicable);
- Application for participation in the exchange programme approved and signed by the director of your study programme or the Head of your International Department.
Please, make sure that you have completed all sections of the application and do not forget that incomplete applications may not considered.
- Academic Transcript for the previous study term (the mean grade for the previous study semester should be at least 7 points on 10-point scale);
- Reference from our Home University about your current status;
- a foreign language certificate at least at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or an official certificate confirming sufficient knowledge of the language proficiency for participation in exchange with the English language grade for the previous study term from your Home University;
- Motivation letter with the statement of purpose for the participation in the Exchange Programme (in English);
- other relevant documentation that you as important and necessary.
All documents that are not in English must be translated into English and stamped by an official translator.
