Attend all scheduled classes, seminars, and workshops. Follow your study schedule, activity plans, academic group’s study process organisation, and the Academy’s internal regulations and rules, including your Individual Learning Agreement. This will help you succeed in learning, completing tasks on time, passing exams, and concluding your exchange.
You may amend your Individual Learning Agreement only in exceptional cases. You, your Home University, and the Academy must approve all amendments within one month of your arrival.
If your amendments are approved, update your Individual Learning Agreement, complete a new Application for Study Course Transfer, and submit originals to the Academy’s International Department. We will not recognize unapproved changes in due order.
Give feedback to help future Exchange Programme participants. Before leaving, write a brief story about your time in Latvia and the Academy, and complete the exchange student questionnaire. Submit them to the International Department before your departure.
Resolve all outstanding matters, confirm accommodation payments, return library books, and request your Academic Transcript and Certificate of Attendance from the International Department.
It may take up to one month to prepare these documents.
We will send your final documentation to your Home University when it will be ready.
Your Academic Transcript will list all courses you attended and passed, in addition to the approved courses list.
Not attended or failed courses will not appear in your official documents.
