Document Collection and Application Submission

Please collect and send the following documents to the Academy’s International Department:

  • Application for participation in the exchange approved and signed by the director of your study programme.

Ensure all sections of the application are complete. Incomplete applications won’t be considered. Applications that meet the requirements will be ranked according to the criteria provided by the Academy or the Partner University. Please refer to the International Department for details on the ranking process.

  • Academic Transcript for the previous study term in English;
  • A statement from the Study Department confirming your current student status and one from the Accounting Department confirming you have no outstanding financial obligations from previous study periods.
  • A foreign language certificate that shows you can study successfully at the Partner University.

The Partner University sets its own language proficiency requirements. Some may require an international English certificate, such as IELTS or TOEFL. Others may accept your English grade from previous study terms at the Academy and request an international certificate only if necessary.

  • A Motivation Letter, Recommendation Letter, or other relevant documents may also be required.

Check specific documentation requirements for each exchange, as these vary by university. For support, contact the International Department.
If applying online, upload these documents after your courses are approved and before the Partner University’s application deadline.
