You must collect and submit for the Academy’s International Department the following set of documents, which can be uploaded in case of online application process, after the study courses approval and before the application deadline stipulated by the Partner University:
- Application for participation in the exchange programme approved and signed by the director of your study programme.
Please, make sure that you have completed all sections of the application and do not forget that incomplete applications will not considered.
- Academic Transcript for the previous study term in English;
- Reference from our Study department about your current status and from the Accounting department confirming that you have no financial debts for the previous periods of studies;
- A foreign language certificate at level that is sufficient for successful studies in the Partner University.
The Partner University establishes requirements to the level of language proficiency. Sometimes International English proficiency certificate as IELTS and TOEFL is necessary, but some Universities take into account your English language grade for the previous study terms in the Academy and ask applicants to provide an international English proficiency certificate only if it is applicable.
- Sometimes a Motivation letter and/or a Letter of Recommendation, as well as other relevant documentation may be required.
