Some of our Partner Universities offer a limited number of exchange places or not accept applicants if there is an imbalance, especially those who have signed an Additional Exchange Agreement.
Depending on the number of the applications, the Academy can rank all applicants for the available exchange places after the application deadline.
In case of competition the applicants, who have collected the highest number of points across the abovementioned criteria will be approved for the exchange.
In case several applicants have collected equal numbers of points, the applicants, who had submitted the applications earlier and had no taken part in the activities under Exchange Programme, take priority.
You will be informed about the results via e-mail. You should accept or decline your participation in the exchange.
In case of your refusal to participate in the exchange and withdrawal of your application, you will not be offered to apply for a new partner university and will need to re-apply next semester.
In case of your acceptance, we will nominate you to the chosen Partner University and provide it with your contact details once you have been approved.
