Some of our Partner Universities offer a limited number of exchange places or do not accept applicants if there is an imbalance, especially those who have signed an Additional Exchange Agreement.
Depending on the number of applications, after the application deadline, the Academy may use a ranking process to evaluate all applicants for available exchange places.
If there is a competition, applicants will be ranked by total points. Those with the highest rankings will be approved for the exchange.
If several applicants have an equal number of points, priority is given to those who submitted their applications earlier. If submission times are also identical, applicants who have not participated in the Exchange Programme activities earlier take precedence.
You will get the results by e-mail and should accept or decline participation in the exchange.
If you refuse to participate and withdraw your application, you cannot apply to a new Partner University and must reapply next semester.
Once accepted, we will nominate you to the chosen Partner University. After approval, we will provide your contact details to the University.
