During Exchange

You must attend all classes, seminars and workshops according to the schedule and strictly adhere your study and exchange schedules, your activity plans and your academic group’s study process organisation, as well as internal regulations and rules of the Partner University, regulations and rules of accommodation, and the conditions of your Individual Learning Agreement for successful learning and training, timely passing of individual tasks, exams and tests and, of course, for the successful completion of your exchange programme.

Please continue your communication with the Academy. We expected you will be good representative of the Academy and will promote exchange to the students of the Partner University.

You only in special cases can make amendments, alterations and/or supplements to the Individual Learning Agreement. All the amendments, alterations and/or supplements to the Individual Learning Agreement should be agreed via e-mail with the International Department of the Academy and your coordinator at the Partner University and should be made not later that within the month since your arrival to the Partner University.

If the amendments, alterations and/or supplements to your Individual Learning Agreement are possible, you should make the required amendments, alterations and/or supplements to your Individual Learning Agreement and fill out a new Application on study courses transfer as well as to hand over the originals of these documents to your coordinator at the Partner University.

All the amendments, alterations/supplements should be approved by all parts, entered into the Individual Learning Agreement and reflected in the Application on the study courses transfer. In case the alterations/supplements were not agreed upon in due order, they will not be taken into account as the results of your Exchange Programme.

Before completion of the exchange, you must prepare a final report about your stay at the Partner University and participation in the Exchange Programme. The report should be submitted to the International Department of the Academy within two weeks after your return to the Academy.

You should settle all outstanding arrangements as check your payments for accommodation, return all books to the library, order the official Academic Transcript and preferably but not obviously the Certificate of Attendance.

Your official Academic Transcript should include at least: your personal data (name, surname, personal code or ID number), the title of the study programme under which you studied, information about the terms and language of the exchange programme, the list of the study courses or their components; credit points (better ECTS) and/or academic hours for each of the study courses acquired, your exam results. Please note, that the Academic Transcript should be signed by the official representative of the Partner University and stamped.
