During Exchange

You must attend all classes, seminars, and workshops according to the schedule and follow your study and exchange plans, your activity plans, and the academic group's study process organisation. Please observe the internal regulations and rules of the Partner University, accommodation regulations, and the conditions of your Individual Learning Agreement to support successful learning and training, timely completion of individual tasks, exams, and tests, and the successful completion of your exchange programme.
Please continue your communication with the Academy. We expect you to be a good representative of the Academy and to promote exchange opportunities for students at the Partner University.
Amendments, alterations, or supplements to the Individual Learning Agreement may be considered in special cases. If you wish to make changes, please email both the Academy's International Department and your coordinator at the Partner University. All changes should be made within one month of your arrival at the Partner University.
If you need to amend, alter, or supplement your Individual Learning Agreement, make the necessary changes first. Next, complete a new Application for Study Course Transfer. Then, submit the original documents to your coordinator at the Partner University.
All parties must approve any changes to the Individual Learning Agreement and ensure they are reflected in the Application for course transfer. If not formally agreed by all parties, these changes will not count as valid results of your Exchange Programme.
Before completing your exchange, prepare a final report about your stay at the Partner University and your participation in the Exchange Programme. Submit your report to the International Department of the Academy within two weeks after you return.
Settle all outstanding arrangements. Check your accommodation payments. Return library books. Order your official Academic Transcript and, preferably, the Certificate of Attendance.
Your official Academic Transcript should include at least the following: your personal data (name, surname, personal code or ID number); the title of the study programme; details about the terms and language of the exchange programme; the list of study courses or components; ECTS and/or academic hours for each acquired course; and your exam results. The Academic Transcript must be signed and stamped by an official representative of the Partner University.
