Return from Exchange and Credit Transfer

You should submit your final report to our International Department at least two weeks before the beginning of the next study semester.

You also should submit to our International Department your Academic Transcript and the Certificate of Attendance if they were issues to you before leaving.

In case, these documents were not issued to you, we will wait for your official Academic Transcript and the Certificate of Attendance from the Partner University. Please note that these documents preparation sometimes can take up to half a year depending on the Partner University’s processes and we cannot force our Partners to prepare this documentation earlier.

All official documentation received from the Partner University will be submitted to our Study Department and your study programme director. We will make a full credit transfer of all the study courses successfully passed during the exchange within a month from the official documentation receiving from the Partner University.

We will consider the possibility of transferring credits for those study courses that you have attended and successfully passed in addition to the approved list and were included to the Official Academic Transcript.

In case you did not attend some study courses and/or failed some exams as agreed and specified by your Individual Learning Agreement at the Partner University, you will need to attend these study courses and pass the exams at the Academy.  Please note that this situation may lead to the additional semester of studies at the Academy.

We will need your help and support in sharing your exchange experience with other students, who are going to participate in the Exchange Programme. We will ask you to take part in our social events organised for such students by the Academy’s International Department. You experience is very important and may be very useful as for us, as for future participants of the Exchange programme.
