Latvian State Scholarships for Studies

The State Education Development Agency (SEDA) has announced a call for applications for Latvian state scholarships for studies for full-time international students.
The Latvian state scholarship for studies amounts are as follows:
- 500 euros per month for Bachelor’s students;
- 600 euros per month for Master’s students.
The application deadline is 1 April 2026.
The scholarship is awarded for up to 10 months for both Bachelor's and Master's studies.
You are eligible to apply if:
- You are a citizen of a country listed here.
- You are applying to or have already enrolled in an English-taught study programme at the Baltic International Academy.
There are two types of applications:
- Bachelor’s degree applications are accepted from full-time international students who have completed at least one academic year at their home institution or at the Academy by the time of application.
- Master’s degree applications may be accepted upon admission to the Academy after signing the study agreement, or by students already enrolled who have completed a previous study term by the time of application.
