The Baltic-German University Liaison Office has officially launched its 2027 Project Competition, inviting academic personnel, researchers, and representatives of higher education and scientific institutions in the Baltic States to submit project applications.
The main goal of the competition is to provide financial support for scientific cooperation and academic exchange between Germany and the Baltic States.
Key Conditions and Deadlines:
1st Call Submission Deadline: until 15 October 2026 (project implementation period: 01.02.2027 – 31.10.2027).
2nd Call Submission Deadline: until 15 March 2027 (project implementation period: 01.06.2027 – 15.11.2027).
Funding Amount: ranges from €2,500 to €10,000 depending on the selected funding priority.
Mandatory Requirement: Projects must involve at least one partner institution representing a state or state-recognized university/research institution in Germany.
Supported Priorities:
- Baltica Germanica and Innovativa (up to €5,000 / €10,000)
- Internationalisation and Academic Exchange (up to €5,000)
- Support for Initiation of Cooperation (up to €2,500)
