The Days of Ukrainian Science were fruitfully held in our Baltic International Academy. They were attended by professors and associate professors of five scientific institutions of Ukraine. They gathered in Riga in order to get to know more closely the scientific and teaching activities of the BIA.
Within the framework of the Days of Ukrainian Science, the BIA successfully implements a special grant KA-107 of the ERASMUS + international exchange program, which gives the right to invite scientists from Ukraine to exchange experience. V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, Semyon Kuznets Kharkiv National Economic University, Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute National Technical University, Research Center for Industrial Development Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine expressed their desire to use this right .
The Baltic International Academy has already accumulated a multifaceted experience of cooperation with Ukrainian universities on the basis of mutually beneficial agreements. Ukrainian scientists are regular participants in international scientific conferences held by the BIA, participate in joint scientific research, give guest lectures.
According to the program of the Days of Ukrainian Science, two round tables, a number of discussions and seminars were held at the BMA. They were attended by Professor, Vice-Rector of the V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University Boris Samorodov, Head of the Department of Sociology and Public Administration of the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" Professor Volodymyr Moroz, Head of the Design Department of the Kiev National University of Technology and Design Kalina Pashkevich, Head of the Department of International Economics of Semyon Kuznets Kharkiv National Economic University Nadiya Proskurnina, Deputy Director for Science of the Research Center of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Irina Gubareva, and their colleagues.
Our academy was represented at the events of the Week of Ukrainian Science by Stanislav Buka, Chairman of the Senate, Vladislav Volkov, Vice-Rector for Research, Inta Buka, Vice-Rector for International Relations, Victoria Petlyak, coordinator of the ERASMUS+ international program, heads of areas and programs.
According to the Chairman of the Senate of the Baltic International Academy, Professor Stanislav Buka, who once graduated from the Kharkiv National University named after V.N. strengthened business contacts between them.
During the Days of Ukrainian Science, it was decided to make more active use of the Baltic Journal of Legal and Social Sciences, which is published by the BIA, to pay more attention to the implementation of dual degree programs, to expand the range of joint scientific research. To deepen scientific ties, both sides intend to make wider use of the opportunities of the ERASMUS + international exchange program with Ukraine
