With each new issue, the authority and popularity of the scientific journal “Baltic Journal of Legal and Social Sciences”, which is compiled and published in English by our Baltic International Academy, grows in scientific circles in Latvia and abroad. This is facilitated by the topicality of the published articles, the competence of the authors and the composition of the editorial board, which includes prominent scientists from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Bulgaria, Germany, Poland, the USA, Croatia and the Czech Republic. It is deservedly included in the authoritative ERIH+ database.
When opening the presentation, the editor-in-chief of the journal, associate professor of the BIA Vladislav Volkov noted that this is a special issue that is entirely devoted to the topic “Future Money.” It presents 19 topical scientific articles prepared by scientists from Latvia, Ukraine, England, Luxembourg and Spain. He thanked the editors of this issue of the journal Doctor of Economics, visiting professor of the BIA Alexey Aleksandrov and the director of the BIA master study programme “International Finance and Economics”, assistant professor Zanna Cernostana for their active participation in the preparation and compilation of the special issue of the journal.
Along with articles by foreign authors, it also contains articles by teaching staff of the Baltic International Academy: professor Galina Reshina, assistant professor Andrejs Surmacs, PhD student Renate Indrika, visiting professor Innola Novikova, visiting assistant professor Ludmila Yadchenko.
Doctor of Economics, visiting professor of the BIA Alexey Alexandrov, director of the BIA master study programme “International Finance and Economics”, assistant professor Zanna Cernostana, chairman of the BIA Council of Professors Alexander Masharsky, professor Zhanna Tsaurkubule took part in the discussion of the journal. They noted that the topical innovative materials presented in the special issue will be in demand both among scientists and among specialists-practitioners.
