How to Apply for Exchange Programmes?

You can apply for the Bilateral Exchange programmes if you are:

  1. have been approved and nominated by our Partner University
  2. meet the following criteria:
    1. have collected and submitted the full set of necessary documentation in English or in your National Language with official translation into English required by the Academy;
    2. your level of English proficiency is at least at B2 level and confirmed by an International English proficiency certificate or by an official certificate from your Home University and your English language grade for the previous study term indicated in your official Academic Transcript;
    3. the mean grade for the previous study semester is at least 7 points on 10-point scale;
    4. Motivation letter with the statement of purpose for the participation in the Exchange Programme (in English).

Some our agreements, especially Additional Bilateral Agreements, stipulate the number of exchange places. Depending on the number of the nominations and applications the Academy has received from your Home University, we may rank all applicants for the available exchange places after the application deadline based on the conditions of the concluded agreement.

In case of competition, we will approve applicants, who have collected the highest number of points across the abovementioned criteria.

In case several applicants from one Partner University have collected equal numbers of points, the applicants, who had submitted the applications earlier, as well as had not yet taken part in the activities under Exchange Programme take priority.

We will inform your Partner University about the results via e-mail. You should accept or decline your participation in the exchange at your Partner University after results receiving.

Please note, that we will not include you in the list of our exchange students without such an approval from your Partner University and from you!
