Apply for Bilateral Exchange Programmes only after your approval and nomination by our Partner University.
You must also meet the following criteria:
- All necessary documents have been submitted in English or are accompanied by an official English translation, as specified by the Academy.
- English proficiency is at least at the B2 level. An international English proficiency or Home University certificate, including your English grade for the previous term, as shown on your Academic Transcript, has been provided.
- An average grade is at least 7 out of 10 in your previous study semester.
- A motivation letter in English clearly states your reasons for participating in the Exchange Programme.
Review the Bilateral Exchange Agreement to determine available exchange places. If nominations exceed available places, applicants will be ranked after the application deadline in accordance with the agreement's conditions.
If there is competition, only the highest-scoring applicants, as determined by the listed criteria, will be approved.
If applicants from the same Partner University have equal scores, we prioritise those who applied earlier and those who have not previously participated in the Exchange Programme.
We will notify your Partner University of the results by email. After receiving the results, please confirm your acceptance or decline the offer with your Partner University.
Both you and our Partner University must confirm your participation to be included in our exchange list.
