You and your programme director should choose the courses you will take during your exchange at the Academy. Refer to the list of available courses for your study term.
The study field and level of your Home University study programme must match those of the programme you choose for exchange at the Academy.
You must strictly adhere to the matching programme rules.
Please note that a full study semester load in Latvia is 30 ECTS. You may choose and complete up to 30 ECTS in one study semester (6 months).
The preliminary list of courses with specified ECTS will be included in the Individual Learning Agreement and submitted to the International Department for subsequent approval by the Academy.
Please be advised that not all selected study courses may receive approval for the relevant study term. Our International Department may contact you to request revisions to your Individual Learning Agreement. Accordingly, maintain regular communication with your International Department and monitor your email until the Individual Learning Agreement is approved.
You and the designated representatives of both your Home University and the Academy will sign the approved Individual Learning Agreement. The signing of the Agreement serves as a formal assurance of ECTS transfer following successful completion of the exchange, in accordance with the internal regulations governing credit transfer at your Home University.
