Every university has their own official nomination and application deadlines for such exchange programmes and you should strictly meet them. Sometimes they may depend on mutual cooperation with a Partner University or may be changed, but it is more of an exception to the rule. Please, remember that late applications may not be accepted.
The Academy usually review and approve applications for exchange twice a year:
- October 15 – December 15 for the Spring terms;
- April 15 – July 15 for the Fall terms
