Submit your application to the exchange university by the specified deadline and email all required documents or submit them through the online application system.
Exchange universities may require different documentation. Typically, you submit the partner’s exchange application, a passport copy, a residence certificate, academic transcripts, reference letters, visa documents, and insurance proof.
Choose your courses and credit points from the Partner University’s list for this term with your study programme director.
Prepare a preliminary list of courses with credit points. Include this list in your Individual Learning Agreement, using the Host University’s template if required. Submit the agreement to the Academy's International Department for the Partner University to review.
Strictly adhere to the principle: ensure your study programmes align.
Exchange students may not repeat courses they have already completed at the Academy in previous semesters.
You, the Academy, and the Partner University must sign the approved Individual Learning Agreement. This ensures you can take the courses you choose and transfer credit points after your exchange.
You can take up to 30 ECTS per semester. If you take fewer credits, you must pass extra exams after the exchange.
