You should apply to your exchange university by the required deadline and submit via email or upload in online application all required documentation.
Please, do not forget that the sets of necessary documentation in each exchange university may be different. The commonly requested documents for application are partner’s exchange application, copy of your passport, certificate of residence, academic transcripts and reference letters, documents for visa processing, insurance, etc.
You should select with your study programme director the set of study courses, number of credit points or academic hours you are going to attend during your exchange based on provided by the Partner University list of available study courses for the curtain term of studies.
The preliminary list of study courses with the specified credit points should be included in your Individual Learning Agreement (the Host University may have their own template of such an agreement) and submitted to the International Department of the Academy for the subsequent improvement by the Partner University.
You should strictly observe the principle of correspondence between the study programmes!
The chosen for exchange study courses cannot repeat already acquired study courses in the Academy during previous study semesters.
The student and responsible persons on behalf of the Academy and Partner University should sign the approved Individual Learning Agreement. The signing of the Agreement serves the guaranty of the possibility to attend the study courses chosen, as well as credit points’ transfer for all the study courses when you have successfully completed the exchange at the Academy.
Do not forget, that you can choose and acquire at most 20 credit points (30 ECTS) for a study semester (6 months). You will need to pass additional exams after the completion of the exchange if you chose the less credit points per study semester.
