1. Enroll at the BIA and sign a study agreement.
2. Fill an application of the standard form in the BSA University Accounting Department at Lomonosova Str. 4, Room 306.
3. After receiving a confirmation (by the Phone +371 67100592). of the granting of the loan, it is necessary to o to the bank, which provides loans with government guarantee in the currant year.
4. It is given three weeks for student to sign a Loan Agreement with a bank. Copy of Loan Agreement must be submitted to the Accounting Department (Room 306).
